Salt Haus has wi-fi, cable and internet. Second floor unit with two bedrooms and two full baths with smart TVs in each. The primary bedroom has King size bed w/a Casper mattress and a large walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom has a Queen size bed w/a Casper mattress and a closet. The Queen sofa sleeper has a gel memory foam mattress. The large dining table duals as a comfortable work space. There is a full-size washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee pot, Keurig, grinder & french press. There is a hand mixer, blender & pots & pans for your cooking needs.
House Rules
- Guests are to park in designated space(s) marked Unit "1C". Parking is tandem and only 2 vehicles are allowed per unit. - Please keep all exterior doors closed when not in use. - Do not hang any items over balcony railing. Please use hooks in showers. - No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit. - Pets are not allowed. - Parties are prohibited by the condo homeowners association. - No confetti or glitter is allowed inside or outside the property. - Do not exceed the max number of guests.
Other Details to Note
The condo is supplied with a starter set of coffee, sugar, creamer and toiletries. For longer stays, additional supplies will be needed.
